Belgian heavy metal band Speed Queen have released the official video for I Walk Alone, a standout track from their debut full-length …With a Bang!, out September 5th via High Roller Records.

Formed in 2014, Speed Queen have spent the past decade forging their reputation through relentless touring and explosive festival appearances, including Wacken Open Air and Alcatraz Festival. Their early releases, King of the Road (2017) and Still on the Road (2020), laid the groundwork for what bassist Lander Savelkoul describes as the band’s most complete and powerful work yet.
“…With a Bang! is very much meant to be a powerful, ‘in your face’ record,” says Savelkoul. “The songs are different from our previous releases in the sense that they have more variation and more ‘oempf.’ We’ve grown as a band, and you can hear that we’re more comfortable playing these songs.”
The record also features a special guest appearance by Jonny Nesta (Thunderor, Skull Fist), who contributes searing guitar solos to the mix.
The video for I Walk Alone was filmed at Cinema Walburg, directed by Jeroen De Vriese, and features a dark, smoke-filled aesthetic that matches the band’s razor-sharp sound.
After more than a decade together, Speed Queen are proving that their high-octane mix of heavy metal and speed metal is only getting sharper. With …With a Bang! they’ve delivered a debut album that captures their energy both onstage and in the studio, fast, fun, and uncompromising.
