Lorna Shore have dropped the official video for Prison of Flesh, the latest single from their highly anticipated new album I Feel The Everblack Festering Within Me, due out September 12, 2025.
Vocalist Will Ramos describes the track as “the heaviest thing people probably expected us to put out,” noting its dark tension and devastating breakdown as one of his favorites the band has ever written. Lyrically, the song takes on a deeply personal theme, Ramos’s family history with dementia, using the imagery of “demons” closing in to capture the fear of losing touch with reality.
Directed by David Brodsky and produced by Allison Woest of My Good Eye: Music Visuals, the video immerses viewers in the song’s suffocating atmosphere through elaborate set design, practical effects, and visceral performance shots.
I Feel The Everblack Festering Within Me arrives September 12 via the band’s official store and streaming platforms. Lorna Shore will support the release on tour with The Black Dahlia Murder, Shadow of Intent, and PeelingFlesh this fall.
